§1 Seller
These sales terms govern the online sale of products on kliklaser.pl. The seller is MODESTIC Krystyna Zaitseva, registered at MODESTIC Krystyna Zaitseva, ul. Głębocka 5/U10, 03-287 Warszawa, NIP: 8133873866, REGON: 521112715. Contact: +48 733 640 892, info@modestic.pl.
§2 Products and prices
The product on offer is described on its page at kliklaser.pl. The price shown is the total amount payable, expressed in Polish złoty (PLN) and inclusive of all components of the price. The premiere (presale) price is 899,00 zł (catalogue price 1490 zł).
§3 Placing an order
An order is placed via the product page by providing the buyer's e-mail address and confirming with the "order and pay" button, which marks an order carrying an obligation to pay. A contract of sale is concluded once payment is credited.
§4 Payment
Payment is made online, in advance, through the payment operator PayU. The operator is PayU S.A., with its registered office at ul. Grunwaldzka 186, 60-166 Poznań, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS no. 0000274399 (Sąd Rejonowy Poznań – Nowe Miasto i Wilda w Poznaniu, VIII Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego), NIP 7792308495, REGON 300523444, share capital 6 474 300 zł paid in full — a national payment institution supervised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF).
Available payment methods: payment cards (Visa, Mastercard), BLIK, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Card transactions are secured with 3D Secure. Card details are entered solely on PayU's side — the seller does not process or store payment-card data.
§5 Delivery and fulfilment
Ordered products are shipped from Poland within 30 days of the payment being credited. Within Poland delivery is handled by InPost and shipping is free (covered by the seller). To other European countries and to the United Kingdom we ship by FedEx or UPS courier; for orders outside Poland additional shipping costs and taxes/customs duties may apply and are borne by the buyer.
§6 Warranty and service
The product comes with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty. Within the warranty period a defective product is repaired or replaced. Service is provided by technicians in Poland — repairs are available also after the warranty period, with no need to ship the device abroad. The warranty does not exclude or limit the buyer's statutory rights under the implied-warranty (rękojmia) provisions.
§7 Right of withdrawal and returns
A consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason, by sending a statement to info@modestic.pl. Returned products should be sent to: MODESTIC Krystyna Zaitseva, ul. Głębocka 5/U10, 03-287 Warszawa. The price is refunded within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
§8 Complaints
Complaints regarding a product should be submitted to info@modestic.pl or by phone on +48 733 640 892. A complaint is considered within 14 days of receipt.
§9 Protection of personal data
Buyers' personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy and applicable law. In connection with the payment, data is also processed by PayU S.A. as an independent controller, under PayU's own privacy policy.
§10 Final provisions
In matters not governed by these terms, the relevant provisions of Polish law apply, including the Consumer Rights Act. These terms are made available on the kliklaser.pl website.
