14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. To meet the deadline it is enough to send your statement before the 14 days are up.

How to return
Send a withdrawal statement (you can use the template below) to info@modestic.pl, then return the product — ideally complete and undamaged — to: MODESTIC Krystyna Zaitseva, ul. Głębocka 5/U10, 03-287 Warszawa. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Your refund
We refund the full price within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal statement, using the same payment method you used to pay. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product back or you provide proof of return, whichever is earlier.
Warranty & complaints
The device carries a 12-month manufacturer's warranty, serviced by technicians in Poland — also after the warranty period. Your statutory implied-warranty (rękojmia) rights are unaffected.
